By commissioning my artwork, you agree to the terms outlined below.
I reserve the right to decline your request if it’s clear these terms were not read.If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me on Discord: harper9782 or through any of my other social platforms.
Payment
All payments must be made in USD.Invoices will be issued through Venmo or CashApp and must be paid within 4 days of your request.Full payment is required upfront for commissions priced at $20 USD or less.For commissions above $20, payment plans can be arranged upon request. However, I will not proceed past the sketch stage until full payment has been received.
Artist Rights
By commissioning me, you are paying for my time and creative labor — not ownership of the artwork itself.
I retain all copyrights to my work, which include (but are not limited to) the right to display, share, and use the artwork for self-promotion or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.Completion may vary depending on my current workload (typically between a few days and 1–4 months. I will try my best to give you an accurate timeline). If you need a specific completion date, please notify me in advance.I will respect any request to keep your commission private.I retain the intellectual property (IP) rights and will not reuse or resell your commissioned piece for personal or commercial projects unless we have agreed otherwise.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Client Rights
As the client, you may post or share your commissioned artwork online, provided you credit me and link back to one of my social profiles or galleries.
You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as profile icons, wallpapers, banners, or personal site displays.You may not:Claim the artwork as your own, modify it, or redistribute it.Use it for any commercial or promotional purposes (e.g., merchandise, prints, ads, or resale) without explicit permission.Use the artwork for blockchain-related projects, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future related technologies.If you are unsure whether your intended use qualifies as personal or commercial, please reach out to clarify.
Commission Process
After payment is received, I will begin work according to your chosen commission type (sketch, color, or full render).I accept some “description-only” commissions, but clear visual references are preferred.Sketch commissions do not include an approval stage unless coloring is involved. I will make small corrections if I missed any important details.Please keep revision requests specific and concise — reference images are welcome!Unlimited changes are allowed during the sketch phase, along with minor edits afterward (e.g., color adjustments, small line changes, resizing).Larger revisions requested after the sketch phase (e.g., pose or structural changes) will incur a minimum $5 fee, depending on complexity. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask before requesting changes.
Refunds
Once I have begun working on your commission, full refunds will not be available.
Partial refunds may be discussed depending on how far along your piece is in the process.If you’re uncertain whether your idea or request would be accepted, please message me privately for clarification.Note: These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
